1. General information
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on getzelvio.com, operated by Zelvio. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products
All products sold on getzelvio.com are described as accurately as possible, including their characteristics, sizes and colours. Product images are provided for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
Zelvio EasyZip™ compression socks are Class 1 medical compression garments (15-20 mmHg). They are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment. If you have a specific medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on getzelvio.com are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Zelvio reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
Delivery is free on all orders to Ireland.
4. Orders
By placing an order on getzelvio.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes acceptance of your order by Zelvio. Zelvio reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay.
All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure payment gateway. Zelvio does not store any payment card details.
6. Shipping & delivery
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery to Ireland takes 7 to 12 working days after dispatch. Full tracking is included with every order.
In the event of a lost or undelivered parcel, Zelvio will reship the order or issue a full refund. Please contact hello@getzelvio.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date.
7. Right of withdrawal & 60-day guarantee
In accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
In addition to this legal right, Zelvio offers an extended 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us at hello@getzelvio.com within 60 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days of your request.
8. Warranty & product quality
Zelvio EasyZip™ socks are quality tested before dispatch. In the event of a manufacturing defect or damaged product upon receipt, please contact hello@getzelvio.com with a photo of the defect within 14 days of receiving your order. We will reship or refund immediately.
9. Intellectual property
All content on getzelvio.com — including images, text, logos and product descriptions — is the exclusive property of Zelvio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of liability
Zelvio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.
Zelvio EasyZip™ compression socks are intended for general wellness and mild to moderate venous support. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional for serious medical conditions.
11. Personal data & privacy
Zelvio collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of processing your order and improving your experience. Your data is never sold to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on getzelvio.com.
In accordance with GDPR regulations applicable in Ireland and the EU, you have the right to access, modify or delete your personal data at any time by contacting hello@getzelvio.com.
12. Applicable law & disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law. In the event of a dispute, we will always seek an amicable resolution first. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ireland.
As an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
13. Modifications
Zelvio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
