Shipping Policy

Order processing All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery to Ireland We deliver to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland. Delivery takes 7 to 12 working days after dispatch. Every order includes full tracking — you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is shipped.

Shipping costs Delivery is completely free on all orders. No minimum order required.

Guaranteed delivery If your parcel is lost or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, we will either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund. Simply contact us at hello@getzelvio.com and we will resolve it immediately.

Delivery address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to modify an address once the order has been dispatched. Zelvio cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Customs and duties All orders shipped within Ireland are not subject to additional customs fees or import duties.
